One very big check on my bucket list! Adrenaline high (16500 ft) at its best. Extremely enjoyable jump thanks to Billy my instructor and Skydive Auckland 😀 I was leaking from my eyes and ears by the end of it but it was worth it.
two vouchers claimed so far, two incredible experiences! although the Sky Jump and Auckland Bridge Bungy were different, i definitely enjoyed the bungy more 😀
Japan Lifts Visa Requirement for ASEAN Countries
great news for southeast asians (like me!)
update
i guess the media jumped the gun a bit here. japan is only relaxing the requirements for visas with only malaysia and thailand being considered for the lifting of the visa. lucky them!
Just Wandering
we didn’t do much today so here are some shots i took off the past few days around Auckland
A Taste of Middle Earth
today we had a surreal experience walking through the town of Hobbiton (75 NZD for adults, 10 NZD for children)
hobbiton set in Matamata, New Zealand
the hobbit hole of THE Bilbo Baggins
across the lake is the green dragon
and the water mill
inside the tavern
the party tree and hobbit holes
the attention to detail was amazing! needless to say, we just had to watch the hobbit again when we came back to auckland. there and back again indeed 🙂
so thanks to Sky Jump i jumped off the tallest building in auckland today. no biggie. it was an incredible rush! forgive my scared/delirious face 🙂
and after the jump you get to visit the highest view deck in the city.
at 225 NZD it may be a bit expensive. lucky for me I was able to get it at half off thanks to Grab One. definitely give it a try if you can, its worth it!
Briefing at the start of the Black Labyrinth tour from the Black Water Rafting Co. The glow worms were amazing!
